Volodymyr Zelenskyy imposed new sanctions against Russia

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy has imposed new sanctions against Russia.

On May 25, Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed two decrees – No. 344/2025 and No. 355/2025 – on the imposition of economic sanctions.

The first decree imposes sanctions on three individuals and nine legal entities:

  • Dmitry, Punin Dmitriy. A Russian citizen;
  • Bannikov Ivan, Bannikov Ivan. A Russian citizen;
  • Matyashov Gennadievich, Matiashov Alexander. A Russian citizen;
  • LLC UKR GAME TECHNOLOGY (Ukraine);
  • LLC TRANITADEVELOPMENT (Ukraine);
  • LLC TURBO.UA (Ukraine);
  • LLC VICTORIA-SOFT (Ukraine);
  • GURUFLOW TEAM LTD (Cyprus);
  • PIPROSE HOLDING LTD (Cyprus);
  • MONAK LIMITED (Cyprus);
  • V.W.I. BLACK-WOOD LIMITED (Cyprus);
  • Carletta N.V. (Kingdom of the Netherlands).

Decree No. 345/2025 imposes sanctions against seven individuals:

  • Boguslaev Aleksander (Boguslaev Olexandr). A citizen of Grenada. The son of the former head of PJSC Motor Sich, which develops and manufactures aviation gas turbine engines for airplanes and helicopters;
  • Dudaev Akhmed. A citizen of Russia. Minister of National Policy, Press and Information of Chechnya;
  • Lalakin Sergei. A Russian citizen;
  • Mikhailov Sergei. A Russian citizen;
  • Mosiychuk Ihor (Mosiichuk Ihor). A citizen of Ukraine. Ex-Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
  • Petrov Gennadii. A Russian citizen;
  • Shaposhnikov Rostyslav. A citizen of Ukraine. The blogger.
