President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed Decree No. 60/2026, which imposed sanctions against three individuals and two legal entities.
These entities and individuals have been sanctioned:
- Yakov SergeevichBukin, mixed martial arts fighter;
- PavelAlekseevich Rozhkov, President of the Russian Paralympic Committee;
- Smit Dmitry Vyacheslavovich, co–founder and President of the Russian Computer Sports Federation;
- All–Russian public organization “Russian Paralympic Committee“;
- All–Russian public organization “Federation of Computer Sports of Russia“.
The Paralympic Committee Russia was established in 1996. The organization is preparing performances of national teams of disabled people of Russia at The Paralympic Games and other international competitions.
