Masoud Dorosti, the Chief Executive of the Tehran metro system was sanctioned for his enforcement of the mandatory hijab law on public transit.

A senior parliamentarian in the Majlis, Zohre Elahian, is also sanctioned, for supporting the death penalty for protesters involved in the “Women, Life, Freedom” movement.
