Poland blocks a company with co-owners from Germany and Russia

The Ministry of the Interior and Administration of Poland has added the local company ADC-ELTEC to the sanctions list, one of the owners of which is a businessman registered in Russia.

The Ministry claims that the shareholders of ADC-ELTCE are BD Communication Service GmbH, a German citizen, Phil Marvin Enzeroth, who is also registered as an entrepreneur in Russia. The actual beneficiaries of the company are: Herbert Wolfgang Durfeld and Phil Marvin Enzeroth.

“The company may be involved in avoiding sanctions by exporting dual-use goods. In addition to exports to Armenia and Kazakhstan, small volumes of dual products were exported to Hong Kong and South Africa by ADC-ELTC. In 2022 and 203, the largest recipient was an Armenian organization identified as a direct importer of restricted goods to Russia,” said the Ministry.

The Ministry suggests that the introduction of restrictive measures against ADC-ELTEK will help to reduce the supply of technical equipment to Russia, which can be used on the battlefield, and, as a result, to reduce the military potential of the Russian Federation.
