Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees No. 294/2026 and No. 295/2026 on imposing sanctions on Russian entities that “provide the enemy’s military-industrial complex, facilitate the circumvention of sanctions, and engage in illegal entrepreneurial activities.”
The sanctions package against the military-industrial complex includes 26 individuals and 31 legal entities. This list includes companies that produce air defense systems, armored vehicles, and submarines. Additionally, sanctions have been imposed on manufacturers of parts for the Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-171, Mi-172, and Mi-14 helicopters.
Another sanctions decision targets 7 individuals and 11 legal entities. These include companies and their executives who facilitate the circumvention of sanctions. Among them are manufacturers of parts for the Kh-101, Kh-59M2/M2A, and Iskander-K missiles.
Among those sanctioned were Valerii Fadeev, an advisor to the Russian president and former co-owner of the Expert media holding, as well as Alexander Tkachev, former Russian Minister of Agriculture and later Governor of Krasnodar Krai.
