On August 23, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed 2 decrees No. 612 and No. 613 on the imposition of sanctions on 67 legal entities and 96 individuals.
According to the decrees, sanctions were imposed on Lyudmila Ocheretnaya, the former wife of Russian President Vladimir Putin; and Mikhail Shelomov and Mikhail Putin, Vladimir Putin’s cousins.
CEO Vladimir Tabak, Director General of ANO Dialog, has also been added to Ukraine’s sanctions list. In 21024, the United States imposed sanctions against ANO Dialog. According to the US Treasury Department, Dialog uses AI technologies to spread “Russian disinformation about election campaigns” on the Internet.

Karin Kneissl, the former Austrian Minister of Foreign Affairs, who lives in Russia, was also sanctioned.
Among the legal entities sanctioned is the Baltika Brewing Company, which the Danish Carlsberg concern was forced to sell to Russian businessmen.
